These Terms of Service describe your rights and responsibilities as a Vihype Customer ("You") and our obligations as the Service Provider ("We") when using our platform at https://vihype.com/ for YouTube video promotion through Google Ads ("Services"). By accepting these terms, you confirm you meet the legal age requirements in your jurisdiction.

  1. First Things First

    Our services are not available to users under 18 years of age. For any questions about these Terms, please contact our support team through the channels listed in Section 3.

  2. Who We Are

    Vihype is a YouTube promotion service that uses Google Ads to help creators gain authentic engagement. As an official Google Partner, we comply with all YouTube and Google Ads policies.

  4. Response Times

    We typically respond within 1 hour, though during peak periods it may take up to 24 hours. If you haven't received a response after 24 hours, please contact us again.

  5. Our Services

    1. We promote YouTube videos through Google Ads starting at $20 (AED 73), including VAT for EU customers.

    2. We guarantee only the minimum forecasted number of views. We don't guarantee specific numbers for organic engagement metrics.

    3. We use YouTube's Demand Gen and Skippable in-stream ads formats.

  6. Promotion Timeline

    Campaigns begin after Google completes its review process, typically within 48 hours. Review times vary based on content and targeting parameters.

  7. Audience Targeting

    1. You can target by country, age, gender and interests. We respect your choices for country, age and gender targeting.

    2. We may optimize interest-based targeting for better performance.

    3. With automatic targeting, we handle all targeting adjustments.

  8. Review Process

    1. We cannot influence Google's review process, only ensure compliance with Google Ads policies.

    2. We only promote videos that pass Google's review.

  9. Promotion Results

    1. Results are available in your Vihype dashboard.

    2. Data comes from Google Ads when accounts are linked, otherwise from YouTube directly.

    3. Allow for 15-20% variance between reporting systems as per Google's standards.

    4. YouTube analytics may take up to 72 hours to update.

  10. Payment Process

    1. We accept Visa and Mastercard in USD

    2. You can stop promotions or remove payment methods anytime in your dashboard.

    3. We accept AED and USD.

  11. Data Collection

    We collect necessary information including:

    • Your email and IP address

    • Billing information from payment processors

    • YouTube channel and video URLs

    • Public YouTube metrics

    • Last 4 digits of payment cards

    • Promotion performance data

  12. Data Storage

    1. Your data is processed solely for providing our services, such as campaign creation and related operations. It is not shared without your consent, unless required for resolving payment disputes.

    2. Data is stored securely in EU with SSL encryption.

    3. Only authorized staff can access necessary data.

    4. We retain data only as needed and anonymize it upon account closure

    5. Review privacy policies of Google, Stripe, Telr and Paytabs

    6. YouTube's Terms of Service apply.

  13. Refund Policy

    1. You can cancel anytime. Pause promotions and contact us for refunds of unused balances.

    2. Allow 2-3 hours for system updates when calculating refunds.

    3. Full refunds if: no videos pass review, channel has no videos, age-restricted content, or service outages.

    4. Refunds are processed to the original payment method or Vihype balance.

    5. Refund abuse may result in account termination.

  14. Invoices

    1. Invoices are available in your Payment History.

    2. Contact us to add company details or VAT numbers.

  15. Communications

    1. We send promotion updates and news if you opt-in.

    2. Manage preferences in your Profile.

    3. Unsubscribe links are in all marketing emails.

  16. Account Termination

    1. You can delete your account in Security Settings.

    2. We anonymize data upon account deletion.

  17. Final Provisions

    1. Only use payment methods you're authorized to use.

    2. We're not liable for indirect damages like lost profits.

    3. If any term is invalid, the rest remain enforceable.

    4. Contact us for term clarifications.

    5. Disputes first go through negotiations before legal action.

    6. You may terminate your account at any time.

    7. We may terminate accounts per our policies.

    8. Terms may be updated periodically.

    9. Transactions appear as "Vihype".

    10. UVP TECH GROUP Ltd operates vihype.com.

    11. UAE law governs this agreement.

    12. We don't serve OFAC-sanctioned countries.

    13. Updated terms are effective immediately when posted.
